Operation Guidelines

V-CUT aluminum base plate conveying shaft transmission speed adjustment range: 20-30. Thicker plates require slower speeds; thinner plates allow faster adjustment. Standard 1.6mm plate thickness operates at approximately speed 25.
V-CUT aluminum base plate conveying speed determines cutter knife shaft speed. Standard plates can be processed at slower speeds.
Standard V-CUT knives are not suitable for aluminum plates. Specialized aluminum plate V-CUT knives can also be used for standard V-cut applications.
When processing aluminum plates, cooling water or alcohol cooling systems must be engaged for proper operation.
