Operation Guidelines
Speed Adjustment
V-CUT aluminum base plate conveying shaft transmission speed adjustment range: 20-30. Thicker plates require slower speeds, while thinner plates can use faster settings. For standard 1.6mm plate thickness, recommended speed is approximately 25.
Cutting Parameters
V-CUT aluminum base plate conveying speed determines cutter knife shaft speed. Standard plates can be processed at slower speeds for optimal results.
Tool Compatibility
Standard V-CUT knives are not suitable for aluminum plates. Specialized aluminum plate V-CUT knives can also be used for standard V-cut applications.
Cooling Requirements
When processing aluminum plates, cooling water or alcohol must be used. Never operate without proper cooling fluid.
