This automatic face mask production line, also known as One to Three face mask production line, consists of a mask body machine and welding unit for three ear loops. The system can produce 160-180 pieces per minute of complete plane masks with dimensions of 175 x 95 mm three-layer non-woven mask plane filter type. Compared with single independent face mask making machines, this integrated system features automatic conveyor belts and ports. The unique design not only improves production efficiency and reduces labor costs but also minimizes human participation, reducing the risk of mask contamination during the production process.
