At ROSCHEN, our Wire Line Drill Rods, CHD Drill rods are manufactured from 4130 Q&T Alloy Tube. Our ability to produce the Heat Treated Rods in-house allows us to control our quality and delivery. Threading is accomplished utilizing Precision CNC Lathes, the most modern available. Our Hardened Thread Gages are calibrated to assure compatibility in the field. Roschen process friction welding tool joints with pipe body, its very high strenght and tensile for deep hole drilling.
 

At ROSCHEN, we are using different tons of friction welding machine produce CHD Composite Wire Line Rods, 4130 Mid-Body Tubes, and 4100 Series Q&T Tool Joints, always turned and threaded after friction welding to assure a Parallel Axis, and power strength.
