Wireline drill tools can lift drill core from drill rods without picking up it. All the tools include parts of the drill tools, overshot assembly, wireline winch, drill rod, lifting appliance, holder and so on. Their advantages are higher penetration, higher core recovery ratio, longer bit life and lower labor intensity, and the advantages get more clear with the increasing of hole depth.

Q series wireline core drill rods are made of strong and ductile geological steel pipes which are entire-length thermal processed. Rod threads are formed using former cutters and specially hardened so that their accuracy and mechanism reach advanced world standard.

Raw Materials:
 
ROSCHEN choose the best steel tubes in the market to manufacture our drill rods and pipes. Spot check will be conducted after the steel tubes delivered to company. We will make sure the compositions and specifications match the inspection report form the suppliers.

Based on the depth of drill bore, Q series wireline core drill rods are classified into A and B grades. A grade drill rod is entire-length or ends thermal processed and B grade drill rod is entire-length processed.
