This wireline core barrel now features a direct mechanical "cam" latching system for increased productivity. Its simple, three-piece design offers a reliable, easy loading, free falling alternative to current industry standards. 

 

Thinner walls and tighter tolerances enable Roschen to offer a lighter weight core barrel, and when used with Roschen’s thin kerf bits, decreases the surface area for up to 30% faster penetration rates. These systems feature a number of unique innovations including ITIP valve for landing indication and integrated pump out for triple-tubes.
 

Roschen’s thin kerf coring systems offer many advantages for both surface and underground applications — the geologist can log a larger core sample from a similar sized hole and the driller is able to work under more ergonomic conditions.
