DPI Casing is available in multiple Grades:
W series casing
"W" series casing
We use Premium alloy steel when the casing is being re-used on an everyday basis and is subject to both drilling and driving applications. Where operations entail less abuse, we can suggest casing with slightly lower strength specifications.
Example:
Pre-collaring a shallow bore hole, and expecting to leave the casing in place - we will match this application with a steel that will do the job and provide you value.

We can also recommend a thread profile and advise you of the benefits and limitations of each, "W" (Square thread) or WJ (Tapered thread), that best matches your product use.
All Casing is threaded in one of our CNC Machining Centers. Each thread is checked and rechecked with our DCDMA Certified Gages - always part of our Quality Assurance Program.
