Tube body - High quality heat-treated alloy steel tubing offers consistent concentricity, straightness, and is available in all DCDMA sizes.

Thread –CNC machines with the aid of Imported cutters are used to open the threads. Proprietary tapered threads provide additional strength and ensure the easy make and break of rod joints.

Heat treatment –heat treatment process will provides more material strength and significantly increases thread wear life. To meet regular or deep drilling
requirement, we do either both-ends heat treatment or thru-wall heat treatment.

Our products feature an anti-rust coating and are ready for drilling. Each thread is lubricated and protected using recyclable cardboard packaging and steel caps. In order to reduce environmental impact, packaging for drill rods and casing is entirely recyclable and does not contain any plastic.
