Crushed tungsten carbide held in a nickel bronze matrix with 3 mm grain size for greater carbide concentration, ideal for soft formation drilling.
Trapezoidal tungsten carbide inserts in sintered carbide nickel bronze matrix providing greater depth of carbide coverage, perfect for high deviation drilling in abrasive formations.
Tungsten carbide inserts set in powder spray deposit with 97% bonding guarantee (ultrasonic certified), recommended for non-magnetic stabilizers in abrasive formations.
Button-type tungsten carbide inserts designed for cold insertion and close fit. Greater concentration on the bottom third of the blade and leading edge increases surface contact to reduce wear in highly abrasive formations.
