The crawler type hydraulic down-the-hole drilling rig utilizes a diesel engine (motor) - hydraulic oil pump unit to power the hydraulic motors for walking, rotating, pushing, lifting, and positioning functions. During drilling operations, only the DTH impactor consumes compressed air, resulting in significant energy savings of 40-50% compared to all-pneumatic drilling rigs. The ROS-Y600 is ideally suited for open pit mining, hydropower engineering, road construction, and various rock engineering drilling operations.
