5) How do you to deal with defective products.
A: Our products are 100% tested before ex-factory, if there are any defective products , we commit to 1:1 replacement as well as all the related freight charge. (except the customized products with special requirement). If within 0.5% controls range , we can make a reasonable compensation.

6)Can you make samples order? What is the MOQ?
A:Yes, we can accept samples order, MOQ 20-30 pcs, which will be adjusted based on different brands and model .
