A: Usually, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, we prefer 30% in advance, 70% against the B/L. For long term business relations, we have more advantageous payment terms.

A: We accept FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the option that is most convenient or cost effective for you.
Q3: What is the lead time?
A: It usually takes 25 to 35 days after sample confirmation and receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity of your order. For non-standard items, we need an additional 10-15 days for tooling/mould production.
Q4: How about tooling Charge?
A: Tooling charge is only charged once with the first order. All future orders would not be charged again, even for tooling repair or maintenance.
Q5. What is your sample policy?
A: We are glad to send IP65 LED light samples for your inspection. Standard samples can be free, but clients need to cover the freight cost.
Q6. Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
A: Yes, we can produce based on your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q7: How to confirm the quality with us before starting to produce?
A: 1) We can provide IP65 LED light samples for you to choose from, and we'll match that quality. 2) Send us your samples, and we will manufacture according to your quality standards.
Q8: How to solve the quality problems after sales?
A: Take photos of the problems and send them to us. We will provide a satisfactory solution within three days after confirming the issues.
Q9. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack with your logo after receiving your authorization letters.
Q10. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we perform 100% testing before delivery. We have a QC team that complies with TQM, ensuring each step meets quality standards.
