A:It usually takes 25 to 35 days after sample confirmation and receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. If the item was non standard, we have to consider extra 10-15days for tooling/mould made.

A: Tooling charge only charge once when first order, all future orders would not charge again even tooling repair or under maintance.

A: We are glad to send wholesale led street lights samples for your inspection.Standard samples can be free, but the clients need to cover the freight cost.
Q6. Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q7: How to confirm the quality with us before starting to produce?
1) We can provide wholesale led street lights samples and you can choose one or more, and then we make the quality according to that. 2) Send us your samples, and we will make it according to your quality.
Q8: How to solve the quality problems after sales?
A: Take photos of the problems and send to us. We will make a satisfied solution for you within three days after we confirm the problems.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods by your logo after getting your authorization letters.
