1. Q:What is the waterproof rating?

A: It’s can pass IP66

2. Q:How many years of warranty do you promise?

A: We guarantee the housing for 5 years.for the whole lamp,The warranty of electrical parts is depends on the warranty time of different driver brand.

3. Q:What is the grade of your powder coating?

A: Normal is C2 grade,but If the customer has special request,such as used at the seaside,in this case,we can use phosphating with Akzo powder to reach higher levels,like C3,C4.

4. Q:What's the packing you use?

A: Our packing is PE bags with foam and carton box,we will ensure it safe.

5. Q:What is your usual lead time?

A: 25 days for regular products, 10 days extra for special requirements.

6. Q:Do you sell only whole lamps?Or I can just buy the empty housing?

A: It’s up to you,we can also sell empty housing,even you just by the die-casting housing without powder coating is also no problem.

7. Q:What brand of driver do you use?

A: The brand we usually use is Inventronics,Sosen these China local brand,and ,MEANWELL these international brand,Customers can also specify brands,it’s no problem.

8. Q:About the powder coating,i have a question,What colors do you usually use?Can we customize the color?

A: The colors we usually use are black and gray,you can also customize other color,just tell us the RAL number,we will according the RAL number to do the powder coating.

9. Q:Ok,that’s good,So if I want to specify a color,will you charge extra cost?

A: will not,but we will require MOQ500 pcs.

10. Q:ok,last question,Do you accept OEM?

A: Of course we can,we have own die-casting machine and mould design team,must be able to meet your requirements,and we already have a lot of OEM customers.
