First of all, please allow me to introduce our company Ningbo die-casting man to you,

Ningbo Die-casting Man Techonology Co.,LTD. was founded in 1996 and is located in Ninghai Mould Centre, close to Ningbo port and Shanghai port.

Factory covers an area of 15,000 square meters and has 100 employees. We are a professional factory engaged in research, design, production, sale and service of street light and die-casting injection OEM and ODM products. Our products sale mainly to Europe, Asia and domestic market.

We have die-casting injection, CNC machining, metal punching, powder painting, assembling and testing in house. Our R&D department will develop 5-10 new products yearly. Besides design and production process, we work under ISO9001 quality control system to make sure our quality is consistent and well controlled.

For this series, we designed total of two sizes models, to deal with three different wattage requirements,The minimum power can be 80 watts, the maximum can reach 200 watts

B: This workshop working 24hours a day.

B: for housing, 140,000pcs per month. For finished Luminaire, 10,000pcs per month.

A: Is there a personnel-training program in place?
B :yes.we will train our employees regularly.

A: How do you control quality of die casting part?
B: we will inspect it according to the 2D drawing.the tolerance is plus or minus 5mm.
