C11000 Oxygen Free Copper Plate

Our C11000 oxygen-free copper plate is manufactured from high-purity electrolytic copper with a minimum copper content of 99.95% and an oxygen content of no more than 0.003%. C11000 Sheet (Electrolytic Tough Pitch Copper Sheet)

Brief Introduction

C11000, also known as ETP copper (Electrolytic Tough Pitch Copper), is the most widely used commercial pure copper sheet. It contains a small amount of oxygen, offering excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, malleability and corrosion resistance. It can be easily fabricated by bending, stamping, drawing and soldering. C11000 sheet is non-heat-treatable and gains strength only by cold working.

Chemical Composition (wt%, ASTM B152)

Note: C11000 requires minimum 99.90% copper plus silver content, oxygen ≤0.040%.

Mechanical Properties (ASTM B152, Typical for soft annealed temper)

• Tensile Strength: 220 MPa min
• Yield Strength (0.2% offset): 69 MPa min
• Elongation (50 mm gauge length): 40% min
• Hardness: HV 45–65

For cold rolled tempers (H02 / H04 etc.), tensile strength increases up to 310–380 MPa with lower elongation.
