Manufacturing Process of Stainless Steel Sheet/Plate:

Raw materials are sending to hot rolling units for rolling into different sizes.
→Hot rolled material is annealing in cold rolled annealing furnace and pickling in acid.
→All mill rolls are grinded on precision grinding machine with proper chamfering after first shift operation.
→All sheets are pickled in different tanks and dried on brush roll machine before dispatched.
→These sheets are again annealing and are sent to straighten machine for straightening.
→Inspections are done at various stages. Keep proper control overall internal process via rolling, annealing and pickling by our experienced staff.

Application of Different Material Grade

304: Architecture, Decoration, Chemical industry, Food processing equipment, Medicine, Fiber industry and Auto components.

304L: Chemical, Coal, Petroleum and Nuclear energy industries, the heat-resistant parts and the parts that are difficult to make heat treatment after welding.

316: Equipment for food, paper, dyes, acetic acid, fertilizer, petrochemical and nuclear reactor industries and the installations along the sea coast.

316L: Widely used in corrosion-susceptible environment and some mechanical components those are difficult to make heat treatment after forming in more corrosive environment.

310S: Widely used in the fields related to chemical equipment and heat resistant parts, and typically applied in sager, drying equipment, industrial furnace lining, heat-exchangers, petroleum refinery equipment, etc.

309S: used exclusively for its high temperature oxidation resistance.

316Ti: Applied to resist sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid, and acetic acid equipment.
