Q: How about the product process ?
This cold rooled pipe is coating with zinc, The coated steel shall be cold formed and welded into tube utilizing the high frequency induction welding process capable of forming a weldbead stronger than the parent metal. The outside coating damaged during welding shall be repaired by metallizing (spraying molten zinc wire). The inside weld area damaged during welding shall be left unprotected.
Q: How about the packing details?
1. bundles, losses or client option
2. in bundle with strip or in bulk or according to custom opinion
3. 25 tons/container for pipe with usual outer diameter.
4. For 20" container the max length is 5.8m;
5. For 40" container the max length is 12m.
Q: how along time for delivery?
If we have stock we will delivery the product as soon as possible, if we do have, it will be with 15-20 days, it depends on the quantity.
Q: What's your payment term?
Usually 30% deposit by TT in advance and balance against copy of BL or LC at sight
