1.Cutting steel pipe into new length, stock products cutting only 2 days.
2.Cutting the plate according to drawings, flame cutting and laser cutting, can do machining
3.Bending the pipe into demand sizes.
4.Welding the pipe, weld bar and pipe on the plate.
5.Painting on the pipe surface after cutting.
20 feet container, 40 feet container, Bulk Vessel.
1.20 feet container: when the pipe length within 5.8 meters, will arrange shipping by 20 feet container, load 25 ton/per container.
2.40 feet container: when the pipe length within 11.5 meters, will shipping by 40 feet containers, load 25 tons/per container.
3.Bulk Vessel: when the pipe length over 11.5 meters, and quantity is big, will shipping by Bulk Vessel, the freight is cheap in this way.
Q1:What about the quality ?
A:Third party inspections are always welcomed.as part of our dedication to the industry, we do
make arrangements for such inspections-ABS,DNV,BV,ect.
Q2: How long is your delivery time ?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock,
it is according to quantity.
Q3:Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q4:May I customize the steel pipe?
A:Yes, you can, we can manufacture according to your requirement, you can send the CAD or
design drawing to us.
