EN1.4510 AISI 439/439M Stainless Steel Welded Pipe
Grade 1.4510 is a titanium-stabilized 17% chromium ferritic stainless steel with excellent weldability and superior corrosion resistance compared to grade 1.4512/409. This material is specifically engineered for demanding automotive exhaust systems and industrial applications.

- Replacement for grade 4016 in high-formability applications
Corrosion Resistance Properties
With 17% chromium content, grade 1.4510 offers pitting corrosion resistance comparable to grade 1.4301. The titanium alloying prevents intergranular corrosion cracking, while the high chromium content provides excellent resistance to crevice corrosion and oxidation up to 950°C.
