Fabrication Guidelines
Machining requires sharp tools, positive feeds, adequate lubrication, and slow speeds due to high work hardening rate. Welding necessitates filler materials such as AWS A5.14 ERNiCrMo-3 or alloy 625. Annealing should be performed at 1149-1204°C (2100-2200°F) followed by water quenching.
