2205 Duplex Stainless Steel Flat Bar Overview
Alloy 2205 (UNS S31803/S32205) is a 22% chromium, 3% molybdenum, 5-6% nickel, nitrogen alloyed duplex stainless steel with exceptional corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.
Key Specifications
Available thickness range: 3/16" (4.8mm) through 6" (152.4mm)
Yield strength: 65 ksi minimum (approximately twice that of austenitic stainless steels)
Operating temperature range: -50°F to +600°F
