Description

Forged Gate Valves

Gate Valves are designed to manage cut off of a fluid's flow (on-off). They are not recommended for flow modulation as the high velocity of the media may damage the wedge and the seats in case of partial valve opening. Under normal operating conditions, the valve should remain either fully open or fully closed. Installation of a gate valve is independent of the flow direction

Forged steel gate valves are designed and manufactured to provide maximum service life and dependability.Forged gate valves can be full port or reduced port as per requirements of customers. Valves are available in a complete range of body/bonnet materials and trims.
