Every machine purchased from our factory includes 12 months warranty after shipment. Considering sea transportation, we can extend the warranty by 2 additional months for our customers.
If your machine experiences issues, you can contact us via email or phone. We will troubleshoot the problem through conversation or video chat if necessary. Once confirmed, solutions are provided within 24 to 48 hours.
For standard machines, we maintain warehouse stock. If no stock is available, normal delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt (for standard machines only). For urgent requirements, we can make special arrangements.
