Technical Function

        Dumbbell Sampling Machine is used to make dumbbell-shaped specimen used in nonmetal tension test, Dumbbell Sampling Machine can make dumbbell-shaped specimen of various size. Dumbbell Sampling Machine has high sampling efficiency, the size of the specimen made is accurate, and equipped with 

absorption apparatus for cutting scraps,which is good to the environmental hygiene.

2) GB/T 8804.2-2001  dumbbell-shaped specimen (type I B) stipulated in Thermoplastic pipes-Determination of tensile properties- Part 2: Pipes made of unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride(PVC-U), 

chlorinated poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC-C)and high-impact poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC-HI))

3) GB/T 8804.3-2001 dumbbell-shaped specimen (type II) stipulated in Thermoplastic pipes-Determination of tensile properties-Part 3:polyolefin pipes

4) GB/T 1040-92  dumbbell-shaped specimen (type I A, II) stipulated in Test method for tensile properties of plastics

5) GB/T 16865-1997  dumbbell-shaped specimen (type PI) stipulated in Test pieces for tensile test for wrought aluminum and magnesium 

alloy products with a thickness thicker than 3mm and thinner than 10mm. 

6) total length of specimen≤150mm,width 20~50mm,thickness≤25mm strip specimen.
