2. 2 Brief Introduction:
500 degree high temperature ovenelectrode sterilization drying oven Stainless steel sheet covers the frame, good appearance.Oven bix and net conveyor is made of S.S.304 or S.S.316L
HEPA filter choose international brand.
Electric control parts choose SIEMENS touch panel (TP) and Omron (PLC) to control the heating and operation technical parameters precisely.
With parameter separate display function, auto print record and error alarm and display function.
The air flow rate inside the machine can be set auto balance.
Adopts chain wheel to drive the net conveyor, avoid any conveyor deflection effect.
Pre-heating section and cooling section are under the protection of 100-class laminar flow.
Optional net conveyor CIP system (ultrasonic wave cleaning).
The whole machine is easy to clean and without dead angle.The designing and fabrication fully comply with GMP regulations.

It is mainly used for LED, LCM, CMOS, Touch panel, optical lenses, optical glass, optical fiber product manufacturing process baking, and silver adhesive curing and drying.
