Liyi thermal deformation tester is using PLC programmable controller temperature control using computer display operation.The product is simple to operate, convenient to use, stable in performance, high in precision, and can monitor the test temperature and deformation amount in real time during the test.At the end of the test, the system automatically stops heating and can print test reports and test curves.This series of machines are necessary instruments for self-inspection by quality inspection units, colleges and universities and enterprises.
Feature:
1.The deformation sensor is used to measure the deformation.
2.The temperature control meter sets up the heating speed.
3.The sample holder is automatically lifted, and 3 samples can be tested at 1 time.
4.PC controls the whole process of test operation. It uses Windows operation system platform, graphic and image software interface, flexible data processing mode and modular VB language programming method. Test report can be output.
