Application
■ It is applied in the radial-flow primary sedimentation or secondary sedimentation tanks. Its main function is that it can scrape the sludge settling at the bottom of the sedimentation tanks to the sludge collection pit, and then the sludge is discharged from the sludge discharging pipe for sludge back-flow or concentration and dewatering.
Advantages
■ It can adapt to the sedimentation tanks with diameters of 10~50m, and the semi-bridge, full-bridge reinforced and full-bridge structures can adapt to different sludge amounts;
■ Log spiral-line sludge scraper has high sludge collection efficiency, and the hinge-supporting scraper arms can prevent equipment damage from overload;
■ Optional materials: carbon steel (epoxy anti-corrosive), and stainless steel SS304 or SS316L;
■ Optional: Central flow tube, V-shaped effluent weir plate, slag skimmer (slag baffle, slag skimming plate, slag discharge tube, etc)
