Cooper Nickel alloys principally destined for the manufacturing of low temperatures electric resistances so as heating cables,shunts,resistances for automobile,they have a maximum operating temperature of 752℉. The most known,CuNi44 (also called Constantan)presents the advantage of a very low temperature coefficient.

 

copper nickel alloy includes : Constantan CuNi40 (6J40), CuNi1, CuNi2, CuNi6, CuNi8, CuNi10, CuNi14, CuNi19, CuNi23CuNi30, CuNi34, CuNi44.
