Product Description
Ni80Cr20 ultra fine wire is a high-performance nickel chromium resistance alloy featuring excellent oxidation resistance, stable electrical properties and outstanding high temperature performance. With diameters available down to 0.009 mm, the wire is suitable for precision resistance components, micro heating elements, sensors, medical devices and aerospace electronic applications.
The material provides stable resistance values and reliable performance in demanding environments. Customized diameters, spool sizes and packaging solutions are available according to customer requirements.
Mainly used in heater, heating element and resistor, etc.
