 Nimonic 75 Sheet High Temp Alloy Bar GH3030 for Fasteners Of Aviation Industrial

 

 

Application:

 

This alloy be used for turbine engine combustor components operating below 800 degrees Celsius and in 1100 degrees Celsius under load requirements antioxidant but small high temperature components.

High temperature alloy cold drawn rod is cold drawn into a diameter of 8 ~ 45mm circular edge length of 8 ~ 30mm square, inscribed circle diameter of 8 ~ 36mm simple hexagonal cross section superalloy bars, used in the manufacture fasteners in aviation industrial and other industries.

Feature: At 800 degrees Celsius with a satisfactory heat resistance and high ductility, and has good resistance to oxidation, thermal fatigue, cold stamping and welding performance. For single-phase austenitic alloys course after solution treatment and stable organization.
