Introduction:

FeCrBSi wire is an alloy wire specifically designed for arc spray system. It produces a partially amorphous , hard, abrasive and corrosion resisitant coating, with a service enviroment up to 1700 F degree. High chrome like finishes can be obtained by typical grinding and lapping techniques. FeCrBSi wire used in a wide variety of high wear applications, anti-skid surfacing applications and corrosive enviroments

Bolier tubes and tube shields;
Yankee dryer rolls;
Anti-skid;
