Introduction:
Inconel 625 is a high purity nickel chrome wire specifically designed for arc spraying. It produces dense, well-bonded coating with resistance to corrosion, and stress cracking in caustic mediums.
Surface Preparation:
Surface should be clean, white metal, with no oxides(rust), dirt, grease, or oil on the surface to be coated. Note: It is best not to handle surfaces after cleaning.
Recommended method of preparation is to grit blast with 24 mesh aluminum oxide, rough grind, or rough machine in a lathe.

The wire weight of each spool is around 15kg, also can be produce according to customers' requirement.

What is your payment terms?
We accept 100% TT ( Telegraphic Transfer) in advance for small orders( value under USD 2000).
For some big orders, we can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. For very small orders , we can accept paypal & Western union payment.
