FeCrAl Alloy is high resistance and electrical heating alloy.FeCrAl alloy can reach process temperatures of 2192 to 2282℉,corresponding to a resistance temperature of 2372℉.

In order to improve anti-oxidation ability and increase working life,we usually put addition of rare earths in the alloy,such as La+Ce,Yttrium,Hafnium,Zirconium,etc.

It is normally used in electrial furnace,glass top hobs,quartz tube heaters,resistors,catalytic converter,heating elements and etc.

TK1 large-sized cold-drawn wire products can be used for high-temperature resistance furnace. Practice has proved that: The product process is stable, integrated performance is good. Has good high temperature oxidation resistance and longer service life; Excellent winding properties at room temperature processing, ease of processing molding; Little rebound resilience and so on. Processing performance is better than 0Cr27Al7Mo2, high temperature performance is better than 0Cr21Al6Nb; Operating temperature can reach 1425 ºC.
