This is a reliable k-type wire thermocouple TC-1 with a standard k-type sensor.
The sensor bead is at the tip of a 30 ft long wire probe, which has a fiberglass coating.
Tankii thermocouple can have a miniature k-type connector (as per your request) that will work with digital K-type thermometers of many manufacturers.
Tankii k type thermocouple can be made from very thin k-type sensor wire, the thermocouple wire diameter is approximately AWG 29 (0.011 inch or 0.28 mm), this will give you very quick temperature readings.
