24 Cores Outdoor Mid Span Access Fiber Optic Splitter Distribution Box FTTH GPON CTO IP65

This box is used as a temrination point for the 24cores feeder cable to connect with drop cable in FTTx communication network system. It integrates fiber splicing, splitting, distribution, storage and cable connection in one unit. Meanwhile, it provides solid protection and management for the FTTx network building. It maximum can make 24subscribers ftth application network.

Overview:

• Made of high quality high strength engineering PC+ABS material, anti-UV, anti-aging, flame retardantd material is optional;
• Protects and manages cable effectively, all box mix fusion, distribution, splitting, storage in one set, multi-functional;
• Standard size, moderate weight, easy to operate, green hand can do fiber optic installation without manual.

Cable entry &exit:

• This distribution box can use mid span port or 1 cable gland optional, can maximum exit 24pcs ftth figure-8 bow-type drop cable;
• All entry and exit cable have cable fixtion or clamps, which makes it stable after long time use, and all the metal parts are stainless steel;
• Especially for drop cable exit, there are 2ways of 12pcs slots fo fix the cable, with screws to fix the parts on the box.
• There is 1 piece yellow grouding wire to make sure outdoor safe installation.

Lock system:

• Total enclosed structure, secured with anti-theft locking mechanism:with 2 clips (buckles) + 1xmaster key, anti-thief, dust proof.
• The whole box is with waterproof seal circle, ensure IP65 protection level.
• Suitable for both outdoor and indoor use

Fusion splice plate:

it can maximum hold 24pcs sleeve 60*1.0mm length, also large area for fiber routing, distribution, 2 slots to fix plc splitter steel tube 60*7*4mm size.

Mounting methods:

Pole mounted or wall mounted, if customer not specify, deliver wall mount type, pole mount need charge additionally.
