8Port FTTH Mini Splitter Fibre Optic Termination Box Wall Mounting On Floor Cabinet Flame Retardant Plastic

This plastic terminal box is indoor use only, mainly for distribution vertical cable from patch cord to end customer. It is placed on the wall or bottom of the floor cabinet niche by screws.

The cover of the box is fixed with screws into the bottom, and the front lid of the outputs to adapter is hinged with the upper parts, and it is fixed with screws to the bottom. Opening of the lid will not affect the movement of the other parts of the box, this unique design makes the box more safe, nice and humanity when installation on site and afterwards possible maintenance.

There are 1 splice tray for max. 8 fibers fusion splice, it has enough space for 8 fiber buffer cable or single fiber 1.5meter storage, also it can split 1x2,1x4,1x8,2x2,2x4 mini splitter, mixing fusion, splittering, distribution and storage in a box. The fiber bending radius minimum is 20mm.

Total enclosed box, 2lids with 3screws to fix it on the box body:

1 is for adapter and cable outports, it can be can be flip up 90 degree for easy installation,

the other is for splice tray, cable entry and out, splitter distribution and fix, both side of the lid is clip into the box. after loosen the screws, then press down the both sides of the lid, then you can open the whole lid.

The front left is for feeder / distribution cable entry and exit go straight through the box no need cutting (also named express port or mid span port);

the right is for distribution cable to the home / end user house or home. there is cable fixtion for all soft cable, ftth drop cable, etc.

all ports is with rubber seals.

wall mount with 4 screw holes at top and bottom.

All the metal parts is steel stainless AISI-303 and resistant to the corrosion in normal temperature, can be test ok in different facilities.

all the adapter holders is plastic, and rotate 360 degree to change the direction or for better insert of the adapters or pigtails. each can take out for adjust or future use.

only SC adpater with flange / flangeless can be used.

can print customer logo, sample ok.

The entry 2ports can use multi-fiber cable maximum diameter 12mm, it can also use un-cut cable goo through the box without cutting, more convenient and fast to installation. The output ports 8pcs can do 2*3mm diameter cable, especially for FTTH drop cable figure-8 type. There are cable tie wraps or cable fixtures for inputs or outputs.
