- 48cores will load 3pcs trays, 1 for splitter ,and 2 for fusion. Each tray can fusion splice 24cores single fiber. Every tray with a transparent cover, large routing area and reasonable bend radius, trays fix on the metal adapter bracket with screws.The splitter tube can fix in the tray.

- The adapter plates for 1x16 can be like below pictures, it can hold maximum 18SC adapters, for 1x16 or 2x16 with spiral tube or ny ton tie to fix in place.

Fiber Optic Joint Enclosure Installation process
The optical cable enters from the optical cable financial control on the base.
The cable holder is used to lock the cable, and the steel core is penetrated into the reinforced core column and pressed tightly.
1. Installation of optical cable with oval hole:
Take out the rubber pad, plastic block and plastic plug in the elliptical hole, the optical cable passes through the rubber pad, and then buckle on the plastic block, finally add the plastic plug, use the wrench to tighten the bolt and lock the base to complete the sealing of the optical cable inlet.
2. Installation of 4round optical cable:
Screw off the plastic nut of the small cable inlet hole, take out the φ 27 sealant plug, install the accessories according to the sequence shown in the figure below, and finally use the wrench to tighten the plastic nut to seal the cable inlet in pairs.
3. Optical splitting: bring the stripped optical cable into the fusion tray for reserved winding, fusion the pigtail end and the cable end the end in the fusion slot,insert the pigtail connector into the inlet of adapter, insert the input of the PLC splitter to the outlet of the adapter, the output of the splitter is inserted into the input end of the adapter, and the optical cable is led out at the outlet of the adapter finally.
4. Direct fusion: introduce the butt cable into the fusion tray for reserved winding, then fusion two ends in the fusion slots.
