Q1. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

A: We are a manufacturer with 2500sqm2,about 60 workers.

Q2. Can we buy sample for testing?

A: Yes,sample order is welcomed.

Q3: What is the warranty for our lamps?

A: 1-2 years warranty is available.

Q4: How do you ensure the quality?

A: We get three QC processes:

1. For raw materials

2. During the half of production

3. Final QC test one by one after aging 12 hours.

Q5: How to do if any quality problems on our side in the warranty time?

A: First, take pictures or videos as proof and send to us.We will replace new ones for free.

Q6: What is the lead time for sample and mass order

A: The approximate shipping time for samples is 3-5 days ,and 4-6 weeks for mass order.

Q7: OEM OR ODM accepted?

A: Yes,we can do OEM & ODM,logo on the light or package both are available.

Q8: Is there any cheap shipping cost to import to our country?

A: For small order,express will be the best.And for bulk order,ship by sea is best but take much time.For urgent orders,ship by air is the best.
