Used for the lifting and descending of main deck and front cover plate. After the main deck rises to a right position, the front cover plate will automatically rise. The descending of main deck and front cover plate is realized by electromagnetic valve and their descending speed is adjusted by throttle valve to make sure a smooth and safe speed.
