IML Labeling In - mould labeling system for blow molding machine and injection molding machine

Brief introduction:

IML labeling in-mold labeling is a fully automated decorating process where a printed film or paper label is placed in the mold container or cavity prior to molding. The label fuses to the plastic container as its being molded, eliminating the need for post mold decoration.

Why we should use IML:

1. The graphic quality compared to direct printing is significantly better, but as good as quality as Pressure Sensitive, Blow Mold and Shrink labels.
2. Not only is the container visually more appealing…you are able to decorate the entire container inside and out, top to bottom, and any shape or size.
3. In-mold labels are like the Super Man of labels—they can withstand large changes in temperature whether hot or cold, it’s difficult to scuff or damage them, they actually strengthen your thin wall plastic containers and they can withstand kryptonite
