volumetric dosers are suitable for auto-proportional mixing of virgin materials, regrinds, master batch or additives. The color additives are added according to the preset proportion and parameters, error limit is within 1%. There are two modes of OVD which is separately applied to injection molding and extrusion molding. A gear motor with various gear ration is coupled to a dosing screw of 12, 16, 20, 24mm in diameter to give several models with output ranging from 0.1kg/hr to 110kg/hr. Three-color and four-color dosers are available for customers to use in various fields.
