Casting shoulders are pressed in concrete sleeper and assembly with E clip in order to fasten the rail , the normal material we use is casting iron , the mechanical property and chemical composition are below :

Rail shoulders are produced by hot forging , which used together with clip bolt and special rail clip to fix the rail , the material can be low carbon steel and mid carbon steel according to our customers' requirement .
Weld-on shoulder is used for the typical position of rail , it is welded on flat steel plate instead of the standard tie plate , which produced according to AREA standard .
