A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are aceptable.
Q2. What about the delivery lead time?
A: About 22 days after receiving payment.

A: Low MOQ, 1pc led panel for sample checking is available
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 4-8 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional. And you can also designate shipping companies.

First, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Second, we offer complete set of accessories for fixing up cabinets and 1 % extra spare parts of the total quantity for maintenance overhaul
Third, during the warranty time, we will take responsibility to change or repair defective parts. The buyer pay the shipping of returning of defectives, and we pay the shipping of sending back.
Q9. Do you offer installation services?
We provide on the spot installation instruction service for the buyer, including:
A, To check whether the bracket and frame are in conformity with the technical requirements of the structure scheme the seller providedB, To instruct the buyer's technicians to install the LED module cases and connection among those cases
C, To experiment and adjust the whole panel, examine and repair the defective devices, guarantee panel in secure operation.
D, To train the buyer's technicians.
For spot installation, the service is 100 usd/day, and the buyer must pay our technician's living and traffic fee during the installation period.
