Generally, 12 months warranty. But for drying oven, the warranty is 18 months. If any quality problems on

 

our side occured in this period ,we will take on the cost of shipping and component parts.

Usually, 20 - 25 days after order confirmation. It will be took more time for customization service. If you are

 

in urgent need, we can make special arrangement for you. It could be shipped by sea, by air or by air
