Due to the difficulties of reaching inner areas during cleaning, heat exchangers cannot be efficiently cleaned with traditional methods (blasting, brushing, etc). Our ACM Series combines chemical, heat, agitation and ultrasonic power to successfully remove industrial scale, calcium buildup, varnishes, corrosion and other deposits from tubes, crevices, blind bolt holes and other cavities.

The results are excellent - exchangers are descaled without damage to components, just as we descale valves, manifolds, housings, pipework, condensers and other parts. For optimal performance, tubes should not be completely blocked to allow ultrasonic cavitation bubbles to reach all areas. We recommend cleaning heat exchangers with high-powered ultrasonic equipment before complete blockage occurs.

We provide customized tanks with low frequency technology and tailored chemicals for specific applications. For smaller needs, we offer multi-stage/multi-tank machines to improve efficiency with additional processes like rinsing, passivation and drying after ultrasonic cleaning.

The ultrasonic cleaner uses transducers to generate sound waves at 28KHz or 40KHz frequencies. As these waves travel through the liquid, millions of microscopic bubbles form and burst continuously in a process called cavitation. This effect scrubs all surfaces the liquid can penetrate, thoroughly cleaning intricate areas and difficult-to-access surfaces without damaging the components.
