Designed for continuous operation, this high-efficiency cleaning system features a rough washing section with cleaning liquid storage tank, transducers, circulation pump, filter, and piping system. The process includes ultrasonic washing followed by blow drying for complete cleaning.

For parts with heavy contamination, we recommend pre-cleaning via dipping or spraying to remove most dirt before ultrasonic cleaning. Small or complex-shaped items achieve best results when cleaned in a mesh basket or while rotating during ultrasonic treatment.
