How the Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine Works
The system features an electronic transducer attached to a vibration-resistant tank. When filled with water and cleaning solution, the transducer generates high-frequency sound waves that create microscopic bubbles through cavitation. This process effectively removes particles from even the smallest crevices that manual cleaning cannot reach.
Cleaning Procedure for Saw Blades
- Fill tank with water (below max line) and add environmentally-friendly cleaning solution
- Set heating function to 40-50°C
- Suspend saw blade using rod or place in special basket
- Set cleaning time based on contamination level (typically 1-99 minutes)
- Allow ultrasonic cleaning cycle to complete
- Remove blade and dry with air compressor or soft cloth
- Power off all functions when finished
- Drain and dry the cleaning tank
