The ultrasonic cleaning machine consists of an ultrasonic signal generator, transducer, and cleaning tank. High-frequency oscillation signals are converted into mechanical oscillation, creating ultrasonic waves in the cleaning liquid. These waves radiate forward, causing numerous tiny bubbles to generate and burst continuously - known as the cavitation effect. When bubbles burst, they create instantaneous high pressure exceeding 1000 atmospheres, producing explosions that release massive energy. This creates powerful impacts that continuously clean workpiece surfaces, effectively removing dirt from surfaces and gaps to achieve thorough purification.
