How Ultrasonic Cleaning Works
Electrical energy is converted into mechanical vibrations through specialized transducers. These vibrations transfer into the fluid through the stainless steel walls, creating microscopic vacuum bubbles that cause consecutive implosions (cavitation). The resulting high-energy jets efficiently remove dirt from surfaces and materials placed in the cleaning bath.
Technical Operation
The ultrasonic cleaning machine consists of an ultrasonic signal generator, transducer, and cleaning tank. The high-frequency oscillation signal from the generator converts into high-frequency mechanical oscillation (tens of thousands of times per second) via the transducer, forming ultrasonic waves in the cleaning liquid. These waves radiate forward through alternating positive and negative pressure, creating numerous microscopic bubbles that continuously generate and burst (cavitation effect). When bubbles burst, they create instantaneous high pressure exceeding 1000 atmospheres, releasing enormous energy that forms powerful impacts on surrounding surfaces. This process continuously cleans workpiece surfaces and gaps, effectively removing dirt and achieving thorough surface purification.

What should I do when degreasing with ultrasonic cleaners?
  1. Place oily hardware parts, aluminum blocks, metals, bearings, chains, molds, etc. into the cleaning basket, then place into the cleaning tank
  2. Add water and pour a measured amount of degreaser
  3. Press the switch to start the ultrasonic cleaning machine, clean for the required time, then transfer to a drying tank
  4. After drying, remove objects and cleaning basket together
  5. Shut down and perform proper maintenance
What should I pay attention to when using the ultrasonic cleaner?
  • Always add liquid first, ensuring sufficient height to prevent operating in air state and damaging the machine
  • Maintain cleaning liquid at room temperature - avoid putting high-temperature liquid directly into the machine to prevent transducer detachment
  • Regularly inspect equipment, especially transducers, to avoid moisture and impact damage
  • After use, turn off main power and allow adequate time before restarting
